Explain the benefits of banana

**Ingredients:**

- 500g minced meat (chicken, lamb, or beef)

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced

- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg, beaten

- Oil for frying

**Instructions:**

1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili (if using), coriander, mint, cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, salt, and beaten egg until well combined.

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a flat kabab shape.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. Once the oil is hot, add the kababs in batches and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

5. Remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.

Enjoy your homemade kababs!
